Computer Based Test (CBT Test) for JNTUH students

CBT Test :- Computer Based Test is introduced by JNTUH for B.Tech / B.Pharmacy courses from 2012 admitted batch onwards for improving internal marks and it is very good move from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.

The previous batches are not available this facility due to that the students those got less internal marks for them it was very difficulty to score good marks in that subjects, sometimes students' not able pass subject concerned.

Each semester 2 mid term examinations are conducted and average of two mid term marks will be taken for awarding final 25 marks, similarly for fist year 3 mid term examinations conducted & average of 3 mid term examination will be considered for award of 25 marks.

What is the eligibility for appearing CBT Exams:-

Students those who have got less average marks in internal or absent for any internal examination for unavoidable circumstances & students wish to improve their marks can appear this exams.

CBT Examination Pattern:-

The Computer Based Test contains 50 objective questions from the entire syllabus of the subject concerned and all are to be answered through online mode for one hour duration for 25 marks (Each question carries 0.5 mark).

What will happen if students get less marks in CBT exams than the previous marks:

After CBT examination result best of one will be considered i.e, which ever is the highest score that mark will be taken into consideration.

It is very good facility for the B.Tech / B.Pharmacy students. I wish the students to good luck.
